Dunmer, NB build, based on Magicka. What skills (class,Guild or World) will be best to invest?

I have just started playing with a Dunmer NB. I´m putting all points on magicka. Right now, Iam on level 10. But I wonder if i won't regret later. I think of building a character with magical skills, but I´m not sure in what skills (active and passive) will be best to invest. So far, I put some skills points at Assassination and Siphoning (Class skills). I joined the mage Guild and the Undaunted Guild, and I am trying to be a vampire, in the future.

You are going the right path.. Join all the guilds though and use all armor types for future use. Magicka nbs have good sustain dps and survivability so I dont think you will regret your choice.

Beauty of the game is that it really doesnt matter whether you go magicka or stamina now, its only in vet levels that you would want to set a proper build. Right now, just enjoy the game, explore, do everything from quests, to delves to dolmens to dungeons to pvp. Grab all the skyshards, this will make it easoer for you to have access on more choices of abilities and passives.

And use the search button in the forums! So many topics on magicka nbs and the viability of races upon class. All the best and see you on the inside!

Dont use ambush use cripling grasp i use it and omg turns you into sonic and the damage is good people cant run from you ever

Try to level shadow too. Shadow cloack/VoB and especially CW are very good for a MNB, apart, shadow barrier passive is pretty cool.

You want to fight from afar or close combat?

OK! I already put some points at Shadow Cloak (Morph Shadowy Disguise). I use a lot in combat.
For damage, I use Funnel Health.

I prefer the distant fighting

Destro reach? The knockback is pretty useful.

Any plans on running Mages Guild skills? Volcanic rune, although situational can save your day and shooting star is a real nuke (but a little expensive for a Ulti)

I looking for Mage or vampire Guilds. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the tips. Right now, I am using Soul Shred for Ultimate.
For the Mage Skills, I plan to use: Volcanic Rune (or Scalding Rune) and Shooting Stars (ultimate).
For NB Skills (Syphoning), I use: Sap Essence, Funnel Health
For NB Skills (Assassination)), I use: Impale and Lotus Fan

I don't recommend Lotus Fan, due to the snare. Teleport strike does a very good stun and costs less.

If you want to run a Vamp, nananananana Batman is the best skill there and one of the top ultis in the game. Clouding swarm is very good with CW (in PVP is half a kill), while devouring swarm is perfect for sustain. Elusive mist is OK, though you have some good options as a NB, while drain Esence is literally pointless.

Remember to morph soul shred to sould tether asap. Stunning a group of 6 enemies when all of them are running to you is priceless

OK, I am a vampire now. I turn two days ago. I am trying to level my vampire skill, using Drain Essence. Has it a better option to level up the vampire rank?
