How do you stack weapon damage?

✭✭✭Step 1-Get gear with weapon damage bonuses .
Step 2-Put it on your character
Step 3-Get any weapon power buffs.
Step 4-Proc any Weapon power increasing set effect.
Weapon Damage stacking achieved. A winner Is you. All my base are belong too you.

✭✭✭✭✭Hundings rage is a good pure dmg set, ravagers for jewellery set, shadow walker is an expensive jewellery option.
People use rally etc... or tri stat pots.

What he is talking is about the server lag the meteor appears to cause. The meteor rain is very beautiful and doesn't generate any fps drop for me. It's HD high fps lag .
I am not sure that meteor is the cause of lag though . What I see is that when the lag comes ultimate behave wonky. You try to cast them but they will not activate and you try again, after 30 second 5 of them seem to drop where you tried to cast them and soon after some guy ends up dead from 456456675 fall damage.
