Which is the best ultimate ability for a stamina based NB?

Veil of Blades, Meteor, Soul Harvest, Soul Tether, Barrier, Dawnbreaker or Batswarm, depending on the content you do and your group constelation. If you want a more helpfull answer you need to tell what you plan to do with your nb.

I apologize for not making it any clearer, I am looking to be a Stamina based DPS nightblade. First weapons will be dagger and sword, second weapon will be bow. Not looking to become a vampire or werewolf. Mainly doing PvE with the occasional group dungeon. I guess my original question was which of the class ultimates would be the highest damage dealing ability since it will be a long time before I get the mages/fighters guild ultimates.

I think veil or soul tether are your choices for ultimate. You may want to keep soul harvest on your primary bar for increased ultimate gain and swap weapons quick to pop your chosen ultimate..

Also, become a werewolf for the added stam regen, there is no reason not to and you don't have to use the ultimate at all or even level it to get the bonus. You may not like it from an rp perspective, but you can just pretend you're not one and benefit from the Stam regen still.

On mine I keep flawless dawnbreaker on my bar with bow and soul tether for melee.

All of the NB ultimates are good.

In high level PVE most groups will want you to run veil for group mitigation and AOE damage.

While solo, I prefer soul tether for group pulls especially if you're running steel tornado.

Soul harvest is great for single target damage and burst.

The guild and pvp ults are situationally useful but I prefer our class ults most of the time.
