Saveing UI settings

Is there a way to save your UI settings? I went to edit/swap a key in my settings and clicked 'reset to default' instead for 'esc' out. took a good 1/2 hour to get things back.
There has got to be a better way to do this. addon?

✭✭✭✭✭Binder can do this, and you can also use it to import those keybinds to other characters.
