Cant log in, log in information incorrect, why?

So I was in a dungeon in cyrodiil, killed some ppl, all was good. I was exiting dungeon, got one of those infamous endless login screens, I ctrl+alt+del to crash the game so I could restart it, Im now getting the incorrect login information aka password incorrect. I know it was the right password, but it wouldnt work. Well I reseted it via account page, still same issue, the new password doesnt help either, can anyone shed some light on this matter? thanks.

Same here, went to switch alts and can't log back in, yet i can log in the website just fine.

Happening to me too, I was stuck in a forever-ending loading screen for about 10 minutes. I restarted the game, and can't get in saying my login details are incorrect. But I went on the account page and tested my login details, and they worked fine. Must be the servers malfunctioning.

@ZOS_GinaBruno I think the problem is only occurring on the EU megaserver, as I haven't seen anyone experiencing it on the NA megaserver.

With me its login failed, unexpected internal issue.

Concur it's only the EU MEGASERVER that is affected as I can log in the NA one just fine but that's no use for us since we are all from the EU.

PS4 EU here.

Hope it solves soon.

It hasn't told me anything about my login details being incorrect. It just says that an unexpected error occurred. It doesn't specify as to what that error is.

Yep, just got confirmation that this issue is affecting logins on the EU megaserver for all platforms. We're investigating now, but don't have an ETA for resolution at this time.

im calling it a night as makes no sense to keep checking every 5 mins and hope the issue will be resolved soonish.

Yep at the same time on eu server ps4 infinite load screen.

So app close and now get message
login failed, an unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service.........

Side note I can still access Na servers though I do not want to.
Unless u guys can transfer my character data across and back again.

While we are on the subject of actually fixing things, do you guys think u can fix the problem where 60 percent of us get kicked from game in high traffic areas in Pvp?

Or am I definitely asking too much here? I mean over 12 months the game has been out.
Maybe fix what you have before releasing more broken content?
Game has amazing potential if this is addressed.

Agee with this post. Please fix this before releasing more content. Seems like most players on Xbox have this issue of getting kicked regularly. Great game but so annoying toget kicked every 20-30 mins

Can log in ESO website ok.

P.S Have you tried turning the server off and on lol.
