Does crafting skill alter effectiveness of unraveling?

One of my alts is a level 33 clothier, and their unraveling ability is 3/3. Will the ability be any more effective as their clothing skill continues to rise? So far, I haven't noticed a difference between characters. Thanks.

✭✭✭✭✭Its a subtle change, but there is a difference. You won't see as much a difference on decon as you do with Refining. However your chances to get a temper back from Decon is dramatically higher, you do get slightly more mats back, but not a big difference, like maybe one more mat. I have also noticed that I am about 90% on getting a Temper back from things I make with 3/3
You do get more Tempers from Refining, and a bit more mats.
Trait/Style Gems are about the same no matter what you do.
