Any guild vendors have vr10 purple drink or food recipes on the Ps4 NA?

I'm not entirely sure where all the guild vendors are located but I did look at all guild vendors in major city of all 3 factions and none seem to be selling those recipes. I remember seeing some other guild vendors that are not on the major cities is there other guild vendors like that? If anyone see a guild vendor with vr10 purple drink or food please message me. I think it's because the purple recipies use the same mats as XP potions and with those coming out soon on console, the more astute crafters are holding their mats back.

I'm a 50 provisioner on Xbox one NA and whilst I know a number of purple Recipies V10+ I don't craft them knowing that I'll get far better value from my purple mats crafting XP potions down the line.

@Trix3D: There are 7 Guild Kiosks in each of the capital cities (zone 2) of each faction. There are 5 Guild Kiosks in the main cities of each of the other 4 zones in each faction (except AD, Where Vulkhel Guard has only one, but half way up the map in Skywatch are the 5 Kiosks). There are also single Kiosks scattered around the zones in odd and unlikely places, such as the one in Genumbra next to the wayshrine for the Wyrd Tree.
