Experience point booster for console

When are we getting them? I have heard no news about it....

Well your post is very broad...but there are a few ways.

1 ESO+ membership. 10% boost to xp, cp, gold, crafting
2 Ring of Mara +10% xp to level AND cp (must be grouped with and both players need to be wearing the ring)
3 Xp pots (PC Only) I have read recently that we might get the xp pots on console BEFORE IC drops

Next patch, later this month console will get XP pots. So of course that before IC..

Psijic Ambrosia and the Crown XP Scroll are due to console before the end of the month. In theory.

I don't think it's very broad, there are two things console players don't have exp scrolls and pots, which was my question lol thanks for answering though!
