No, I don't believe it does. Now assuming group leader was already inside the dungeon when you joined and assuming you got the prompt to port to them and accepted that would technically count as an auto port but under most other circumstances you and your party members have to get there on your own. Either on foot, by wayshrine (if you've already mapped it) or by porting to a group member already inside.
