PS4 site for trading crafting?

I've been to most of the guild stores I'm able to access as a VR4 on PS4 but still having trouble finding weapons and armor at reasonable prices (especially shields and bows). I'm not willing to pay 3K or more for a low level precise traited weapon. Have found a ton for cheap at guild stores, but would be interested to know if there are others on PS4 who have set up some kind of craft trading site.

You should join, more people who join the quicker it will build better 50 people all trading than 200 lurking
