I'm relatively new to the game, bought it during console release. I've managed to level a Nightblade to VR1 but I have a few questions at this point. Some guildies and I were attempting some of the vet dungeons and I want to make sure that I'm using the most effective PVE abilities. Right now, I'm using a bow in my main hand and a 2h hammer as back up. What are the skills / abilities that I should primarily use during PVE? Is the gear obtained from Cyrodiil a viable option or should I look into a different set? Right now my spec is mainly stam with a couple points into health.

Ambush, wrecking blow, rally, surprise attack, killers blade, morph soul harvest, veil of blades, or meteor.
For bow poison arrow, focused aim or lethal arrow, acid spray, scorched earth, reapers mark, relentless focus, evil hunter is another one to look at from the fighters guild.
