For me they are the same, as in, I don't want to be either one...
Wait, are you actually trying to say that vampire is easier to level than werewolf? Or are you disagreeing with the OP's claim that vampires are easier to level, despite the fact that he said the opposite of that? I'm confused.Vamp is easier to level is it really though come back to me with that when you have maxed out all the skills associated with each.

If you're trying to say that vampire is easier to level, you're simply wrong. I've leveled 8 different werewolf characters to 10, and with the exception of the first one, for each of them I've done it within about an hour of completing the werewolf quest. I've never heard of anyone leveling vampire from 1 to 10 in an hour, and I know it's taken a lot longer than that for me to level my vampire characters.
If you're trying to say that OP is is wrong, and that werewolf is easier to level, then you didn't read his post very well, because he was also saying that werewolf is easier to level.

If you read what i said it may be easier to level the line but the associated skills in each line are much harder to level on a werewolf as they can not be put on your bar while questing or grinding like mist form for example.

Just because you can't use the skills in non-WW form doesn't mean you can't put them on your skillbar so that they level up while you're questing/grinding - just like any other skill you're working on leveling but not actively using at the time.
I haven't been quite as good as you have about leveling different skills (mostly because I can't be bothered to level everything on characters I know will never use those things), but it really is easy to level skills & skill lines in this way. What I've actually started to do since I started using Wykkyd's Outfitter & Wykkyd's Macros is I've started to give my characters training setups. So they'll have a training set of equipment (if there's an armour skill line that they don't have maxed out it will be that type of armour, if they've already got all 3 armour lines maxed out it will just be their regular equipment along with a weapon that isn't maxed out yet), and a training set of 5 skills & 1 ultimate. Now just before I turn in a quest I hit a button to activate the macro I've set up, and it swaps my gear to the training set, and swaps out the skills on my skill bar to my training skills. I turn in the quest, get the XP to level what I've got on the bar, and hit another button to activate the macro to swap everything back to my questing set of gear and skills. Of course, console players without addons can't do this, but they can still slot a couple of skills on their bar strictly for leveling purposes, or even use their entire second skillbar for this (I don't do it this way because I like to have my second skillbar set up as one that I'd actually use in combat).Flameheart wrote: »Is that so? My guess is that you just delivered the biggest eye opener for some players ever here. It does not concern just the Werewolf and Vampire skill level thing, I believe that there are lots of players who have no clue about the fact, that you are able to level skills without actually using an appropriate form (werewolf), weapon or armor, by just putting them on your skill bar (no matter if greyed out).
Otherwise I can not understand even half of the threads and posts here on the forum concerning personal leveling guides and questions for builds while still being lvl 25ish...
Don't do such nasty things here on this forum without a warning, you have to be careful with such knowledge :-) Next time a guy will come here and explain, that you are able to permablock while normally executing skills, imagine that ! .-)
I have every possible skill class, weapon, armor, vampire, werewolf and guild skill leveled with my templar, around 25% even for both morphs (could have been even more, but some morphs just lose out), with just ESO Plus bonus and questing to VR14 by Cadwell's silver and gold.
Actually, there's another thing that makes leveling WW to 10 much easier than leveling Vampire to 10: when you first complete the WW quest and become a WW you don't leave the instance. Instead you stay in Hircine's little pocket hunting realm, slot your shiny new WW ultimate, transform, and grind the mobs in there. While in that instance you stay in WW form indefinitely, so you don't have to worry about transforming, killing for a bit, building ultimate so you can transform again, etc. They've nerfed this somewhat, and the mobs don't respawn as quickly as they used to (it used to be you could do this and hit WW10 in about 30 minutes or so), but you should still easily be able to hit WW10 in about an hour.Flameheart wrote: »Puncturing Sweep is everything you will ever need from lvl 1 to VR 14. The only thing which makes Werwolf leveling (the lvl, not the skills) somewhat easier is being able to chase rabbits north of Fort Amol in Eastmarch (as a pact player though), if you are just interested in the achievement. If you interested in leveling all skills for Vampire and Werewolf anyways, there is next to no difference.

When you're just doing standard questing or grinding (which is what you were talking about) you never need more than 2 or 3 skills on your bar that you're actually going to use. For the rest you put skills that you're working on leveling - whether you're going to actually be using them now or not. Alternately (or additionally), you can have a skill bar that's full of only skills that you're working on leveling, and you can swap to that bar when you turn in your quests. Is that so? is it not still easier to have skills on your bar you can use while levelling them?
It's not rocket science, and it definitely doesn't make the game any harder. In fact, if you're not doing this when you're planning on starting to use a new skill line, then you're actually making things harder on yourself, because instead you'll set up your bar to actually rely on using those skills even though you haven't leveled them yet, so they're not going to be very effective. It's much better to level them this way before you plan on actually starting to use them, while relying on a couple of tried-and-true skills that you've already leveled, and that you're used to using.
So I'm afraid you're wrong when you say Vampire is easier to level, and you're wrong when you say that you can't put the WW skills on your bar when you're questing or grinding.
WEREWOLF
Was very easy to spot, have also noticed them more than bloodfiends. Quest was very easy, you only need to kill 1 npc that scales with your lvl. Only takes 45 mins to hit rank 10 Master Werewolf. Weakness is poison Not a lot of poison to worry about Finished this quest with ease at lvl 12
VAMPIRE
Hard to spot- Quest does not scale to lvl, need to kill 10 npc's lvl 38. Takes a few days to hit Master Vampire, weakness is fire. A lot of fire to worry about, both by players/PvP/bosses/npc's/dungeons And it hits very hard. I finished this quest at lvl 14 Nightblade & lvl 10 Sorcerer Tho it wasn't hard it was more challenging than the werewolf quest by far.
So my question is, why so much of a difference? Werewolf is easy to become/rank up with no real worry of poison
Vampire is a bit harder to become & longer to rank with everything in the game using fire.
I have a Veteran Rank 3 Nightblade (Vampire) Veteran Rank 2 Sorcerer (Vampire) lvl 30 Dragonknight (Werewolf)
I camped all my bites- I have quested enough to notice the huge difference.
