I cannot manage my subscription or get to the support page, all other links are working, but these just get timed out...which is kinda bad for business...seeing as how I cannot re-establish my monthly payment :)
and on a side note...even though I set my account to english a lot of pages still show german text...I can read german so no problem, but I hate german lol also it should obviously be more standardised across the board ofc. just a little gripe, no big deal.

I've just tried now (from Australia) to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/and I'm getting
    Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to account.elderscrollsonline.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). (Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

My account is up for renewal and I'd like to stop the auto renew!

EDIT: The problem seems to be only in Firefox. IE was fine.

I do not have IE installed so that seems to be a reasonable explanation....yes, using firefox here.
