Its not. If you dont have trader permissions you cant see bids. Ps4 anyways

My buddy just joined a traders guild yesterday in time to see the 300k gold bid they placed in Elden Root.. Pretty sure he doesn't have any special permissions there..

Not sure im in 5 guilds 3 of which are trade guilds and i can only view bid history right now on the 2 i have trader access with.
I dont pay much attention though just going by whats on screen.
