Purchased 1500 Crowns, received 0. PLEASE HELP!

Here's to hoping that a zenimax admin will see this, but last night I purchased 1500 crowns, and didn't get any displayed in the crown store. I even got an email from Sony saying "thank you for your purchase", but still no crowns. It's been a day now and still nothing. I have 650 crowns in my inventory, and haven't bought anything since I purchased the 1500. My internet connection is not the best, but this is the only time I've had a problem getting crowns. I have a screenshot of my purchase and would like the crowns still, but a refund would be fine too. I am even an ESO Plus member, please help me out, this is a huge disappointment.

    They can take awhile to appear, if you dont see them witin 48 hours contact support ( top right of this screen) include a screenshot of your psn receipt to help speed things along

    I've purchased crowns on three occasions. Two of them i didn't get the crowns for over 24 hours. I also didn't get my initial crowns for subscribing for almost a week.

    I got them now all is well. That's the first time it's taken more like 30 seconds.
