How much is a good price to charge for a bite without ripping people off?
I've seen people asking for gold to be bitten by a werewolf near the werewolf shrine in Riften. I have levelled up my werewolf ability enough to have the Bloodmoon perk and have thought about using it to make a bit of money. I'm not one of those people who ask for money and don't bite but what would be a good price to ask for if I want to make money from biting?

Reznique✭✭✭✭On pc the price is about 3k (+\- 500 gold), however everyone is trying to sell it for 5k.
If you are in a guild, ask there first, it's always a good thing to give free bite to a guild member.

Yeah free bites to guild members is a good idea but I don't really interact with anyone in guilds. I haven't ever really met up with anyone in guilds, I've only grouped.0

Francescolg✭✭✭✭5k is imo a fair price for the time it takes to port, chat, etc. and it is not much money. Usually it's not just the bite itself but also awfully long loading screens to port and I often did more than 10-20 lines of chat describing, discussing, etc. so that often you loose 30 min. doing all together

Tips are fine. If people want to pay you, then I don't think there's anything wrong with letting them. So long as you're not charging ridiculous prices, ripping people off, or scamming, you're good in my book. Do what you think is fair, and if you decide not to give away bites for free, simply don't charge others more than you yourself would be willing to pay.0 -

Still, it became difficult to sell bites because so many guilds or groups out there are willing to do it for free.PS4 / NA

I give my WW bite for free to randoms,
I did someone last night, he walked up to the shrine and asked the area for bite
so I did it. Did not ask for money, he was like "come on man let me give you 5k"
My answer was "No I was bitten by NPC so you can have it for free!!!! "
Seen to many people ripped off and to many WW's kill the NPC's so they can charge
loads of money.1 -

Free, why charge someone for something that can be gained fairly easily from normal play? I'm always amazed at the amount of people asking how much I would charge for a vampire bite, and then their surprise when I offer it for free. I say free, break the trend of charging god awful amounts for something as small as that. These people also run around and kill the spawns during full moons so they can monopolize that ***. It bugs me a lot anyway I have never charged and I just bite random people every week. Do it for free.1 -

Now that nearly every guild member is a werewolf, I've lifted the rule and told them that they can sell bites, but a portion of the profit must be donated to the guild bank to further the guild's features. Bites are still free for members.PS4 / NA

Steel_Brightblade✭✭✭✭I had a funny experience with this, went to the shrine with a guild member werewolf who was going to bite me. Before he had a chance to my character fell flat on his face and it turned out someone else had bItten me. Turned on area chat and it seems I'd walked into a very vocal disagreement regarding charging for bites, one guy was there trying to charge 12K a bite,5 others were there biting people for free so he couldn't get a sale. This was on xbox, if your reading, thanks for the bite.0

revonine✭✭✭✭The hype is real for vamps are wolves on consoles atm, everyone wants either one. People charging demented prices for a bite. One lucky fellow got a surprise bite from me earlier in Bangkorai and I will continue to do so every week unless a guildie asks for one
