Can you ask Eric to review the skill before its made available to more players like this. It performs in ways that the combat team may not expect and will be worsened by it being practically available to all.

How long does it take to get Alliance Rank 10?
A few people said it took them 6 months of PVP (I'm sure you no-lifers will say you got it in a few weeks, there's always a guy with unfounded claims).
Should we really have to grind 6 months to get a strong stamina heal?

✭✭✭If we're trivializing earning alliance war skill unlocks, can we get balance in that at least by doing the same with Proximity Detonation? If everyone's stam alts can have vigor right off the bat, magicka ones should have their respective ones too. Not that I'm a fan of the idea in the first place... but whatever's done at least shouldn't be lopsided.
P.S. Packs of stealthers will be annoying with strong low resource cost aoe hot's going off on eachother full time.
P.S.S. WTB physical absorption morph of harness magicka. Nothing like it exists to use against stam
. I'll also take an equivalent to ravaging and morag tong for casters. Two spellpower bonuses, one magicka, and 15% magic damage will do it. The ravaging equivalent could be a proc on dealing spell damage, just as the ravaging set's is for melee, with like spell bonuses instead of weapon power ones

EDIT: The only comparable though short duration skill to harness, remains bugged as it has been for a long time now (several months), which is spiked bone shield, reflecting around 3% damage instead of 30%+ as intended. Even that's only six seconds compared to 20 though.
/not really so sarcastic, but written light heartedly, wish list.

Or like many others have said there needs to be a counter action to the move like nerfing vigor. In its current state giving this to a bunch of rank 5's is mind blowing and will change the state of zergs almost instantly. Plus it's something to work for so now the benefit of being alliance war rank 10 is fast res? This gives almost no benefit to those players that have worked to reach rank 10. Again you guys are basically caving to people complaining about how it is to hard to get and not those top pvp players who actually deserve vigor for there effort.
