I'm enjoying the game on PS4,
but are the skills only activated on the release of a button
and not the initial press.
I don't get it, is it the same on PC ?
I press a Button to attack but have to let go for it to work, its slowing me down.
Some skills I have, I can hold the button to activate. But not many.
It can't be right is it the Same on PC? Release the Button to activate?

✭✭✭✭✭I'm pretty sure it is. People have mentioned it and asked for the activation to be on the press and not the release.What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
