Getting tempers?
What are some other ways of getting tempers of Dwarven or higher besides from deconstructing? Is there a place to farm or something? Hireling is quite useless, unless i was to have alternate accounts with high blacksmith.

It's all RNG pretty much. The more you refine, do writs, and the more characters with hirelings you have the more chances you have to get what you're after.0
