Read Cultist note near Bonohild

I can't find it. It's not there. The arrow points to the body of the cultist but there's nothing to get. reloaded ui, restarted game, quit and came back, no note still. Ideas?

Yup ... I spent hours circling the body trying to get a damn x to pop on my screen
