Mages Guild Questline glitch
I am rank 5 Mages Guild and not receiving the Mad God's Bargain quest in Rawl'kha. Is there something I'm missing? I've completed the other quests and visited Rawl'kha multiple times and I'm not seeing Shalidor anywhere.
