I don't see Crystal fragments, endless fury, mage light and crushing shock. am i missing here something?

Those are all morphs of the base ability. Crystal fragments is a morph of crystal shards, endless fury is a morph of mage's fury, mage light is in the mage's guild skill line, crushing shock is a morph of force shock in the destruction staff skill line.

The typical setup for a caster sorceror uses two main skills: crushing shock and crystal fragments. Crystal fragments gives you a 35% chance when casting any spell (other than itself) to make it instant cast, deal more damage, and cost less magicka. Crushing shock is a cheap, fairly high damage spell that can be woven with light attacks (light attack -> shock -> light attack -> shock, for a rapid-fire effect) to cause crystal fragments to activate as often as possible. Every time your hands glow purple, you cast crystal fragments for a large amount of damage and a knockdown on the target.

Magelight gives you roughly 10% extra critical chance with your spells while active. Power surge (a morph of surge) gives you +20% more spell damage for 20 seconds. These are used to boost the damage of your light attacks, crushing shock, and crystal fragments.

Personally I run a lightning staff, but if you want to maximize damage go with a fire staff. I just use lightning because I think it fits my character better.
