Crit chance dropped lower than should be?

So my gear has not changed and its all repaired and i was at 40.3 % crit chance... Now im at 35% for some reason. The only thing that changed was i went from vet rank 3 to 4 any ideas or am i bugged?

That won't be an issue with the next update. PvE buffs from PvP campaigns are being removed from the game finally.1 -
usrevenge✭✭✭as others have said you probably lost your enemy keeps buff but at least on ps4 it seems to be bugged where even if you have them you lose the buff, going back to cyrodil for a minute fixes it.0
