[Addon] Fix for rally marker for those with red-green colorblindness.

Hey all,
I had a request from a guild member who has red-green colorblindness. He is unable to see the rally marker when it is placed on the map in cyrodill. Since the rally marker is red, and the map (for the most part) is green, he cannot distinguish the rally marker enough to locate it. I wrote a very simple addon that simply sets your destination (blue diamond) to where ever a rally marker is placed. This allows him to easily see the rally markers now. I figured this might help more of the community, so the addon is available on minion.
