Each race can select from a pool of "unique" Racial Passives

Best solutions to racial passives issues? Each race has a pool of unique racials. Lets say an Orc has 6 racial passives and he can select "ONLY 2". Those racial passives can each help with unique play styles. HOWEVER, a High Elf does NOT have the same pool of 6 racial passives as the Orc. This way each race stays unique and each player can use racials that fit their play style.

How would it go against lore? I would think it would help to increase the lore by adding even more unique Orc culture.

Because this is the line up for race/class combos....these are the ONLY viable combos without imperial edition.
Nightblade - Redguard
DragonKnight - Dark Elf
Templar - Breton
Sorcerer - High Elf
If you play any other race/class combos you are bad.

✭I think that is more trouble than it's worth. People will figure out the optimal selections, and that will be what is used by the majority. Giving the lackluster race choices more desirable perks and adding not only race change, but also appearence change options would be the better direction.0 -

I don't see how that's relevant to my post in any way, shape or form, but okay.- MOST Nightblades I see or play with are Imperial / Redguard / Khajiit if they're Stamina based or Breton / Argonian (potion build was viable at one point) if they're Magicka based.
- MOST Dragonknights I see or play with are Imperial / Nord / Khajiit if they're Stamina based or Breton / Altmer / Dunmer (with Dunmer being wildly more popular) if they're Magicka based.
- MOST Templars I see or play with are Imperial if they're Stamina based or Breton (for healing) / Altmer / Dunmer (for Magicka DPS) if they're Magicka based.
- MOST Sorcerers I see or play with are Imperials / Khajiit if they're Stamina based or Altmer / Dunmer if they're Magicka based.
Yes, some racials do need re-balancing and Zenimax are slowly working on it, my point wasn't that, it was more directed at the 15 odd threads you have dedicated to racials. Lastly, you're not 'bad' if you choose to play a race you enjoy, I know several people who are not min/maxers that enjoy the game with their Bosmer Dragonknights or their Dunmer Nightblades. The issue arises if you yourself are a min/maxer and want to be optimal. I personally would play Dunmer for a majority of my characters if given the chance, but I play an Altmer / Imperial / Dunmer / Breton instead (granted wearing a helmet you can't really tell regardless!).
