I don't get it; I have never seen it this bad. I am not even talking about Cyrodil, just PvE. I keep having all of these issues.


1. Input delay happens all the time.

2. The mouse cursor screen gets stuck; meaning, when you go into the mode where you can move the cursor around freely without moving the camera, there is no way to go back, can't type in chat, cant do anything with your character etc. Have to relog.

3. Prompts just stop working. I'll be at a craft station and it just kicks me out. I'll hit "E" again and it greys out but never goes into the craft station. Same thing happens when trying to harvest ore or cloth mats. I've gotten screwed out of many crafting surveys this way because it wont let me harvest, I relog and the ore/void bloom is gone when returning.

4. I get crazy high ping randomly.

5. Skills randomly stop working, and always in the middle of a fight. Everyting will be fine then all of a sudden my character refuses to fire skills and swing his weapons. I can block but then he gets stuck in the block animation until I inevitably die.



It's not my connection since everything else on my PC works completely fine; other games, the web, streaming etc. My speeds remain high as well. Anyone else encountering this issues?
