@ZOS is it possible to have flags that would allow anyone who wanted to PVP anywhere in Tamriel to do so?
Why just the alliance fights? How about those who choose to PVP in the wilds or towns of Tamriel be able to be targetable by other PVPers and by the armed guards in town?

it seems silly to PVP anywhere since only your faction is in that zone plus it be more honorable via arena.0
