Moderators and voice chat

I did a quick search and cannot find any thread on the discussion of moderators and voice chat. In fact I can't find out if there are any moderators on the ps4.

First let me say I am a long time fan since morrowind and do very much enjoy eso. I do however have one issue. Every day in davenwatcth in the crafting district is an *** of naked avatars and horrificly explicit descriptions of sexual interactions going on in the public area chat. I have tried the in game ignore feature this blocks players from trade and group invites or messaging but not the voice chat function. I know the simple solution turn off area chat. This is an unacceptable option as this is a social game and I must miss out on a large portion of the function of cities ie. A meeting pace to find fellow adventurers and sell ones wares or unneeded items not to engage in a digital recreation of Saddam and Gomorrah. I have reported players with the in game function I then get an automated response to report players to PSN again I don't find this to be a satisfactory answer. I feel this type of behavior should be discouraged at least in public area voice chat. which raises my question. Are there not moderators in game aware of this type of activity going on in the MIDDLE OF DAVENWATCH CRAFTING DISTRICT EVERY DAY. Sorry had to reiterate just in case. I just feel a few quick boots would effectively end this type of behavior or at least make them move it to a less commonly used area or I don't know a GROUP CHAT. In summary I would first like to say if there are in game moderators davenswatch crafting district everyday quick aoe boot of all undressed emoting avatats please and thank you. If there are not I would like to be considered for such a position for an allotment of 500 crowns a month I do swear not to abuse aoe boot and use only in aforementioned scenario. Lastly if u have experienced similar and would like to help discourage this type of activity please help bring this to developers attention by bumping this thread. Comments questions concerns suggested alternate meeting places for this type of behavior that would be better suited and or ironic below. Thank you for your time.

ZOS won't even answer the question; "Is spamming area chat on console against the TOS?".

I first experienced on the 14 th of july. I believe or foolishly hhoped this was an isolated incident. On the 15th I reported all involved and received an auto reply as stated above which recommends adding them to the ignore list which is how I discovered that this feature was useless. Again on the 16 th I had had enough so I turned on my Mic and politely but firmly asked to cease or relocate . This was not well received. I began reporting and receiving auto emails with each submission and I decided to join the forum community.

Ok ,yeh that's all you will ever get with reports as the policy is they don't comment on disciplinary actions.
I doubt that this will get any public acknowledgement either, but we can, at least call more attention to it.

They (ZOS) locked the thread I asked about the TOS concerning this subject.

I don't think anything is against the TOS here but it would be nice to have a quick way to block players voice chat though and a lot of players seem to agree too.

I sincerely doubt ZOS has moderators on the PS4 servers when they don't even have them on the PC servers... lol...
