Why oh why
Does every group I get in have at least 2 players that cannot/will not put on the pirate disguise in Blackheart. I have finished every dungeon but this one. So frustrating. Probably get moved to dungeons where 1 person a month might read it.

If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!2 -
arena25✭✭✭✭✭If they aren't willing to put on the disguise, then kick em out and add them to your ignore list. That way they can't get into any more groups with you until you unignore them. If enough people do it, they will get the hint.
And if you can't kick them out...then leave and THEN add them to ignore list. Easy, right?If you can't handle the heat...stay out of the kitchen!0 -

It's easy yes, but I wait up to 2 hours to get in a group and within 10 seconds 1 leaves, then another 10 seconds another. Then game over. I see this all the time. I don't mind killing them all but without communication, people leave so quick. I cannot believe they queue up for hours to leave after 10 seconds.

I assume you are on console. For that I am sorry that your options are limited. But the answer is > Join a guild. Travel with friends around tamriel. Have buddies that you do dungeons with that play your style.
That said, I have only twice in a year put on that disguise. The last time so I could take it off and put it on a alt to keep it. Killing everything levels you faster. And if your group is not solid enough to get past these entrance trash mobs, you're in big trouble when you go into that dungeon later.
If you are on PC 10hrs is ridiculous do not use the group finder in game it is broken.Master Crafter: Almost all motifs

Yeah console, I've got to the boss a few times and then a couple drop out. I am trying with guilds but the huge lack of any sort of communication makes everything so difficult. All the other dungeons seem fine, done a lot on veteran this one just seems a nemesis of mine.0

Hang in there! There's still a vet dungeon or two that gives people the willies and they bail (on PC). The lack of text chat is horrendous on console. Don't know how anyone can enjoy that. Sorry you missed the PC sale on GMG when digital game was 12.99 last week. So much prettier on PC.
