I'm wondering if u get xp for just killing enemies or only when you complete quest?

    Great thanks. I wanted to know if u should bother killing enemies when going from point a to b or it was a lost of time. I guess I will keep doing.

    Yeah, killing them while traveling is a good source of XP.
    As long as they are within 5 levels of your chcracter.

    You're not only provided with xp. You can obtain gold & items to sell or deconstruct, if you're into crafting.

    I think the important thing to remember is that if NPC enemies are more than five levels below you, you will not get ANY XP.
