Unlimited sprint within certain cities

I feel the amount of time spent running around cities is a little excessive mostly because you spend a vast majority of time running around between vendors and stations and not everyone is spec'd for stamina. Inside city walls I think we need unlimited sprint unless you become engaged in combat, such as being caught stealing. I think this would cut the amount of time I spend in cities by at least 25%.

Wonderful idea! I don't even know why we shouldn't have unlimited stamina outside of combat.
After playing a sorc with lightning form (magicka based speed buff), I literally feel speed gimped on every other class and don't want to go back.0 -

I'm not even close to being in shape and I can run around longer than stamina allows me. The arguments to use a mount are a little pointless what's the difference between running around on a horse, something you have to get on and off constantly, and being able to sprint longer than 15 seconds. It wouldn't hurt anything and it's simply for convenience. The cities are big points of interest in them are scattered all of over. Being able to run longer than the little bit stamina allows isn't that big of a deal.
