The new Faction Armors (Coming with IC)

Hey all, seen a fair bit of negativity about the Imperial City so I decided to make a positive post!
I'm sure by now you have all seen the new Faction based armours coming with the IC Update. I am very much looking forward to getting them, I assume you'll be able to buy them using the new currency. I am Primarily AD, I do have a V14 DC but I think (And this sucks for me) That the EP Armour by far looks the best, or at least the heavy version of it does.
Where do you think we will be able to get these Faction Armors though as my assumption is a wild guess, could it potentially be a drop?
I look forward to finding out on PTS.
