Why are Patches and Imperial city on PS4 last? When it should be much quicker on PS4???

So we all know who own a PS4 that patches are pushed through PS4 certification much faster than XB1 so what the hell are all the dlc and patches coming to PS4 last for? same with the XB1/PS4 gfx parity when the PS4 should be much better looking.

Maybe because the servers and patches are causing more problems on the PS4 then any other platform so in order for it to be as seamless as possible (BUT as with any MMO, there will still be minor bugs at release, just have to deal with that!) they will be working on both the update and the existing system to ensure it's not gonna completly and totally mess up when it hits.

That's downright unacceptable.
