Lose 100% of Tel Var Stones, T_T

100% loss may be a bit much, but I personally want them to have some sort of risk. PvP as of now has 0 risk. You die, you respawn, run back to the fight. Zergging is perpetuated that way.

Now, put some risk of loss into the mix, and tactics to avoid that loss will start coming out the ying-yang.

I personally think that changing the value that you can lose would be fairer at 50 to 75%.

I think rather than a % that is safe, there is just a minimum that cannot be taken. I would put it at 50 so even if you get jumped right at the door to your safe zone you don't walk away empty handed but to go much over and hit the multipliers you risk as much as you gain.

You are in Cyrodiil. Don't like it don't come.

I wish that PVP in Cyrodiil was like the old UO.

Get ganked and you lose EVERYTHING. Now that's PVP'ing not the carebear IC style PVP.

then cyrodil would be a dead zone populated only by slavering teabaggers and lonely gankers, locked in a never ending gear and grind exchange.

Why people just keep blaming CP for every bad thing that happens to them in PvP? [snip]

You can get a box from quests including dailies that cannot be looted until you open it, which you can do safely right by where you can bank them. Sounds reasonable to me to give someone no risk, guaranteed rewards, you got it and at the same time, you can go try to get more at a risk. This is meant to be a PvP currency after all.

no it is actually NOT pvp currency, its PVE currency from PVE group instances!

No worries for me. I suck at PVP so gankers will be getting little more than exposed if they choose to hit me.

What. The. Hell. *facedesks repeatedly* I have been playing for probably nearly 4000 hours by now, but although competent, I'm not the sharpest, most alert individual by any means, the Imperial City may end up causing me to have a heart attack...

They better revisit this, either that or the stuff you buy with it is crap that I wouldn't miss anyway. But if it does...[snip] needs to change... ;-; My God... *shudders* I have nearly 400 Champion Points, but that won't be enough when someone has over 1000...

you have to also remember that chances are that ganker will die eventually because they are in enemies territory and either get found, pick the wrong fight or attack when others are coming bye. then they lose everything they have gotten. you might be that person who comes along and kills the ganker and gets a big stone reward

I've already said it just now in another thread. I'd be good to lower the amount of lost stones to 50 - 75%.

What you are basically saying is that we need to reduce the risk of dying in the imperial city because the game is unbalanced. People have too many CP, Nightblades are too OP, etc.

Do you see the problem with this reasoning? People have 0 risk battles in cyrodiil right now, and they still rage about class balance and CP.

Focus on the real problems (the utter failure of the champion system as a meaningless vertical progression treadmill) instead of trying to kill the first real high risk/high reward PvP this game has to offer.
