Best class for support in PVP?

I don't just mean healing, I mean buffing allies, making a real push for defense and offense. I want the feeling that I'm generaly helping out, without having to respawn so often after getting killed.

I have a DK atm, Level 19, in PVP as I type this, could afford a respec easily.. Just need some good suggestions on what to change to, and what to aim for. I have a DK atm, Level 19, in PVP as I type this, could afford a respec easily.. Just need some good suggestions on what to change to, and what to aim for. I'm all for supporting people, not much of a rushing in one. I wanna turn the tide behind the scenes.
My build is for VR14, but you could make an equivalent build for lower level characters. I don't get a lot of kills with it, but it also takes 10+ players wailing on me to kill me too. Just load up tons of health, tons of heavy armor, sword and shield, restoration staff, and support skills.0 -

Bar 2, Unstable Flame, Volatile Armor, Dragon Blood, Shield Charge, Fiery Breath, Corrosive armor
I havent reached the respec city yet, so thats a good sign, I can amass more points before then and begin to train up my resto staff. I really like 1h+s, due to it;s defensive nature, reckon you could inbox me some suggestions in regard to the skills I utilize in this new build? I use 7 heavy + 1H/Shield + Resto Staff. You won't be able to reach the stats of my build until you hit VR14, but when you do, the particular build that I use has 90% damage mitigation. It's quite fun, and I like to imagine the reaction of the player on the other end being this:
