Can't log into game and don't know why (my data is correct)

Hy,

i played ESO on release and just thought i try it out again. Fresh install. Everything seems fine. My login data works absolutely fine when i log into the online page https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account .
Everything's there. All looks good. BUT when i try to log in to the game it keeps telling me my login data is wrong. I already send an e-mail with this issue per support page https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home . I didn't receive any confirmation yet and don't know if it was send. The funny thing is, i can put in my login datan in the support page but can't click the login button. It just does nothing. Enter doesn't help either.

    You don't get confirmation by email when you put up a ticket. They do give you confirmation on the site wether or not you did it succesfull. The first email you get is the first reply from an agent.

    I also can't log in, I keep getting kicked out after I select a character and it begins to load the map. No add-ons installed either.

    I don' know how soon "soon" is, but I am still waiting 7 hours later, so don't expect an answer from the team too quickly. ;-)

    Update:

    I don't know why but i can log in now. It just works...
    No more support needed.
