All questions have PVP combat in mind.
Evil Hunter has a 15% chance to proc on vampires and a 4% chance to proc on non-vampires.
How does the Stamina return work? It says "each attack restores X stamina" the same way it says "each attack has a 15% chance to blahblahblah."
So does that mean all my light/heavy/biting jabs/caltrops each return X-amount of stamina?

you get it back each time it proc's, 15% against vamps, 4% against daedraPS4 EU DC

You only get the stamina return if Evil Hunter procs. Despite the misleading description, you don't get stamina returned with every attack.0
