Trying to do the quest"the artisan" and I'm stuck at "read notes" but there's nothing to initiate that.

Should be found in 'Quest items' when looking in your inventory?

Not as Technical as you may think.

You don't die for your country, you let the other bast*rd die for his.

Yeah. you actually have to go to inventory --> quest items --> read the artisan's notes
