I'm glowing... What does it mean?

Hi,
sometimes when I just walk around a start glowing in yellow and make me faster... What does it mean? Why do I have that?
Sometimes is when attacking an anchor I'm glowing blue.

UPrime✭✭✭✭Another player used Rapid Maneuvers ability. It buffs the speed of that player and others around the player for 30 seconds or so.6 -

✭✭✭✭✭The blue glow is when someone closes a pinion at an anchor. You get a temporary buff from that and it also restores the stats of everybody there (great to use when you are soloing one).
You may also sometimes see a red glow, which is usually a nightblade activating a siphoning ability.
Many of the buffs/debuffs in the game have visual cues. If you pay attention, you can tell what's happening to you.The Moot Councillor5

I think the yellow glowing is a power others have that can make you go faster. That happens to me to. I have seen others cast it. I do not know how to get it.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭That is an alliance skill call Rapid Maneuvers.•Mobilize your forces, granting Major Expedition and Major Gallop to you and your allies, increasing Movement Speed by 40% and Mounted Speed by 40%.
•Also grants immunity to snares and immobilization.
•The effect ends if you initiate an attack.
Someone around you has cast it, and it an AOE, so if you're nearby someone casting it - you get it to. Many people cast it just to move around town a bit quicker

I believe the blue effect at a Dark Anchor is when you or another player closes one of those portals. It brings your magicka back up.
