Dual Spec?

Hi ZOS, not sure if this is the right place to post, but just wondering if there was any intention of a dual spec option, mostly for stats, like "I want to be able to be a tank and a healer" or "I want to have magika DPS spec and a stamina spec." Unless that is part of the intent with the respec option?
