Different Stories for each VR zone for different factions

So this is very unlikely to ever happen vut I thought it was a pretty cool idea and wanted to put it out there.

Currently, each zone has quests, and when you have finshed all of the zones and start a new character, even if it is a different faction, you will have done all of the quests already due to the vr leveing. My idea is that the devs could alter the VR zones to have different stories based on the faction you are in. For example, if I have finished the EP storyline and am now VR1, I would go through the AD zones and get different quests made specifically for EP caracters. You could go through and help take over zones or help with issues in zones that were taken over by your faction before your time. There could be infiltration qyests into enemy territory for special information and the like. I just thing that could be so much cooler than what is currently available, so that having characters native to each allaiance would be truly different experiences.

Thoughts?

The whole reasoning behind Cadwell's gold and silver was to allow players to experience all content without having to create alts. But IMO that's just an excuse for being too lazy to create more quests:P

Yeah to both - it is a decent option to allow players to experience all the content, and it is a cheap way to give them more to do.

I like the former, really wish they'd have other options as well for content though... but I guess that is coming, although a bit more slowly then I'd like, naturally...

I wouldn't want them to tinker with cadwells though. After all, the premise is "experience a alternate reality of how things might have been when you had gone with the other factions"... more like a dream sequence, just with loot drops... not really much fluff reason for there to be different stories.

I'd have much rather prefered to explore those zones from our home factions point of view. Locate quest givers in remote locations, giving you lots of the same quests (dig through this ruin, or kill that beastie) but also the occasional, Infiltrate the enemy camp/town/keep type quest.

You know, make it seem like your victory over Molag Bal mattered, gave your faction an edge in the war and now you're pushing into enemy territory.

    Concur.

How cool would it have been to see this:
    • Your character finishes the final quest prior to getting ready to face Molag Bal, and the Prophet laughs in your face, and says, "You fool! You are nowhere near ready to face Molag Bal! He would destroy you with a mere shrug of his power."
    • "But your exploits have now garnered the attention of the warring factions, and they have seen the true threat of Molag Bal, so they have suspended their civil war until his threat is neutralized."
    • "So now, you will travel to one of the two faction lands of your choice, quest with members of those factions to deal with the increasing threat of Molag Bal, who has summoned much greater forces than those you have faced to date."
    • When you and your new allies have defeated those forces, then you will join allies within the third faction, clearing that land too of Molag Bal's minions. Though be wary, as his attention is turned to your success, so will his power grow!"
    • Once you and your new allies have defeated Molag Bal's forces in all of Tamriel, only then will you and two champions from the other factions be ready to face him in his own land."
The final battle with Molag Bal would then take place after what is currently Cadwell's Silver and Gold, and the two other champions could be either NPCs or two other actual players, depending on your choice, Molag Bal's difficulty scaled appropriately.

Then the final battle with Molag Ball would be truly epic, and end-game would actually mean something.
