Terminus✭✭✭✭✭Veteran Points is correct,
gained once you reach Level 50, aka Veteran Rank 1.
(Technically there is no level 50, it goes 49 then VR1)
Veteran Points are gained differently than experience;
For example, you can't get it from killing npc's in Cyrodiil, only enemy players.
It's best recieved from Veteran Rank quests located in the other Alliance zones,
