Best NB burst build for update 7?

We all know upcoming patch NBs might start leaning more towards magicka due to the dodge roll/cloak updates. My question is what will be the best burst build for that update. I've been running a magicka build for the past few days and it's great but it lacks in burst(DW/resto). Burst style DPS is my favorite style being that I pvp 80% of the time I play. I was thinking of trying out a destro:resto. What do you guys think?

Nothing will change for me. I'm a stam nighblade but I don't perma roll dodge. Stam nightblade will still be the most burst DPS over magicka in my opinion. Just because you can infinite roll dodge wont change that.

The only thing to consider now is going to be sustainability. So instead of using food for max stam pool for more damage I might shift to drink with higher recovers as I believe fights will last longer with the overall nerf to damage in PvP.

I believe this statement will hold true for most players experienced in Nightblade play. Additionally, I do not see many people staying with the nightblade once they jump ship when they realize that cloak isn't the saving grace its made out to be coupled with fragility of Nightblades.

It's too hard to theory craft a build until we have official patch notes

After I see the patch notes and the potential skill changes, the new sets and all unknown variables we will be able to theory craft you a burst build. Right now your question sounds like "What are the numbers for the lottery next week?".
    Because I can!

They are nerfing dmg in cyrodiil but buffing prox det.
Heavy armor gear has 2 + sp dmg buffs where light armor only has 1 gear with 2 sp dmg buffs.
If you count the amount of "inc sp dmg" you get from any combo of light gear, you come up with 5 or less.
If you count the number with heavy armor, you can reach 6.
    Thus arriving at my build:
4 storm knight +2 inc sp dmg
4 elf bane +2 inc sp dmg
    2 cyrodiil's light rings +1inc sp dmg
2 torug's pact swords +1 inc sp dmg

    Have a nice day.
