Veteran pledges
Do you need a veteran pledge to get the undaunted monster helms or can you just do the dungeon on veteran and still get it? Thanks!

No _pledge_ required but veteran version of the dungeon yes. You can farm the heads any day in veteran version of dungeon despite it being the undaunted daily _pledge_ or not.Syntse Dominion Khajiit Dragonknight Stamina Tank [50]

DuroNL✭So if i understand this correctly, a Veteran Scaled dungeon is not the same as a Veteran Scaled Dungeon where you have a pledge for? As in different bosses and strategies? and maybe even more difficult than just veteran scaled?
And is the difference between normal and veteran scaled just the lvl of the mobs then?

Ok so there are dungeons that you can do on levels 13-50. Those also scale up in level based on the leader of the group up to veteran ranks too. So Banished Cells that is normally something like 13-18 lvl dungeon can be scaled to V12 dungeon and this mainly only effects to the damage and health the mobs do.
Now then there are veteran versions of these dungeons that only veteran level players can do. They do scale also from v1 to v12 depending again of the group leader level. They have different bosses and mechanics than the "normal" ones and are much harder in general.
From lvl 45 onwards (if I remember correctly) undaunted daily pledges can be taken. The pre-vet pledge will have one normal dungeon to do and will give bronze or silver key depending do you complete all the objectives for the pledge. Vet pledge will have one of the veteran dungeons to do and gives silver or gold key depending do you complete all the objectives for the pledge.
Pledge itself is only the quest to complete dungeon assigned to it and will reward exp and key to open the undaunted coffer giving some random gear.Syntse Dominion Khajiit Dragonknight Stamina Tank [50]

Thanks for correcting, I mindlessly threw pledge in there as it was mentioned in the OP. For the shoulder pieces it will need to be a pledge (and have to get a gold key) though - so you can get the matching set
