Why does my wood elf stand up after I shot my bow from sneak \hidden mode?
I'm a level 22. Does he stop doing this as I get higher in rankings. Make me upset find good cover

Stealth is deactivated automatically when you enter combat. Only your first shot will be able to count as a stealth attack; after the first shot, the enemy is aware of your presence and your stealth is gone.

This isnt like oblivion or skyrim where you can just sit in a dark corner and murder an entire town without anyone ever spotting you.

Or Morrowind with the Amulet of Shadows. Could literally walk through a town and sneak attack one shot everyone with your two hander, chameleon was such an op effect.

Here's a nice trick archers can use from stealth. Once you have learned both Snipe and Poison Arrow (all morphs work for this purpose), you can actually hit with both of them from stealth. That is because Stealth is not removed when you fire, but when the projectile hits. Snipe has a long travel time. So, use Snipe then very quickly fire off a Poison Arrow. They'll hit at about the same time, and both therefore get the stealth bonus.
