Funny thing is that at the current rate, i will hit level 10 in alliance skills about at the same time vigor gets moved down to 5

when Imperial City drops, Vigor will be moved to rank 5. ✭✭✭✭I heard Vigor will be nerfed significantly when its brought down to AR 5.
It makes sense, anyone can get AR5 very quickly. AR 10 is a diff story requires a bit of commitment.
right now Vigor is the best heal in the game IMO. its a big reason Heal debuffs are a must in pvp.

✭while the change would benefit me a lot as I dont pvp a lot and have dw bow nb main. I agree with the people saying it should stay. This is another example of zos catering to players that don't want to put in the effort to achieve their goals. Its this attitude that gets content nerfed and skill lines watered down until we are all running the same homogeneous builds.
TLDR if you want the skill or anything else in game put in the effort required.2 -

A few people said it took them 6 months of PVP (I'm sure you no-lifers will say you got it in a few weeks, there's always a guy with unfounded claims).
Should we really have to grind 6 months to get a strong stamina heal?

Not at all, about 2000 repair kits. If someone doesn't want to PvP they can do that easily in a day or two in non-veteran where no one repairs anything anyway.
Obviously PvP:ing will get you that in an hour or two rather than a day or two.. but still.1 -
