they should add mini games something fun to do while not wanting to quest or what not.

like a card game or something

it will not only add content as you will have to go out and find/win (poor,good,great,rare) cards from NPCs/chests but you get to play against NPCs and players

and than add like a trading system with a card merchant where you can turn in so and so many (poor) cards for a better grade card.

how amazing would that be!!!

There are a lot of mini-games already. You have to go to the coordinates of -29,102. there is a secret underwater island there. You go through the cave in the underwater island and will appear in a massive white room. From there you have to tab out and click on internet explorer. Then type http://www.minigames.nl/ and there you go.

I'd definitely enjoy more minigames!

Bar games - be it a playing cards, a dartboard or a armwrestling table, the inns in Tamriel would benefit from some recreation options.

I wouldn't like to see trading cards in tamriel, but something simple (remember the KotOR Pazaak?) for flavor...

Arm wrestling would be interesting, especially if they could make the basic "strength" of people dependent on their character... bonus for big and beefy, penalty for small and skinny, bonus for stamina build, penalty for magica build, bonis for male, penalty for female, etc.

And the mages guild could have some magically powered game that favors the smart (magica build) and quick over brute strength to balance for all the lost armwrestling...

There are a few sort of minigames in tamriel - spikeball races for example, but we really could use more. Horse races. Archery contests. Swimming contests (yeah, the argonians win all those...

)

And of course, bare-knuckled pugilism arenas (hey, people have been asking for an unarmed skill line from the start...) - I totally could see those again look toweards a character shape and add bonus damage to punching for big and beefy, bonus defense for short, slim and agile, general bonus for stamina build (mages really should be smart enough not to get into a brawl with the knuckledragging brutes, yes?) and an title achievement for "Tamriel heavyweight champion" perhaps?

There could also be "job" minigames like in Fable... work the tap to draw the perfect mug of mead, serve pies, play a musical instrument, etc. to earn coin...

And then... why not add more minigames like the lockpicking one?

I could for example see one minigame to dispell magical barriers/traps for example... and then add some random barriers to select dwelves (ayleid, daedric and dwemer ruins come to mind...), and have magically sealed treadure chests in dungeons and landscape...

Another minigame could deal with any trap more complex then a hidden beartrap. I'd love to see a minigame to gum up the works od a spike trap or something like that.

Possibilities, possibilities... all of which would make the world more interesting...

i hated spikeball lol

but yes, it just seems silly that all of Tamriel the only people who seem to have "mini games" are the cat people because they are natural gamblers lol

even if they have more mini arenas like that one quest line to become champion.

I agree magicians and fighters guild style mini games.

tho id still like to see some sort of card game or maybe even some weird Tamriel form of dominos/chess/checkers combo game you can play at a Inn.

They have mentioned something about a card game. I don't know if they meant an actual, physical card game that you can buy, or an in-game digital one.

I'd love to see some racing, card games, gambling, spell crafting, housing. Man, these activities would be an amazing addition. They would keep a lot of people busy.

Also, we need some special events - again - to keep the people busy and playing the game. IMHO adding activities and/or special events (lore-friendly events) before additional zones (after Orsinium) would be a better, smarter move. But that's just me.

A few examples for events:
- Faction-locked dueling tournaments (great potential for small scale PvP)
- Events connected with Daedra
- Holidays
- Tournamets connected with activities (like racing, card games)
- And more and more...

It would be great if we could play Elder Scrolls Legends via ESO. I'd love that sooooooooooo much!

Quietly hoping for a "random" /lurk post.

i hope its in game, i know this has nothing to do with Elder Scrolls. but I liked being able to play card games in Final Fantasy and The Witcher. card battling, going out seeking new better cards. it could be an amazing "pvp" event where one is crowned card champion every week/month or how ever long it would last.

i agree, tiny thing like this would be amazing gap fillers for between actual content releases. card game could easily fill in 100+ hours of fun if you have tons of different cards and npc's of different difficulty when you "battle" them.

and special events that rotate every month or so to keep it fresh and fun. good stuff.

ooo i just thought of something kewl mini game to put in.

have a dice game, like the dice game at bars where you have to get 3 of a kind and than the other 2 dice is just extra so you shoot for 3 6's and hope for two more 6's lol. and you can wager with the NPC and it will be a hoot

:O i didnt even know that was a thing. just watched the trailer for it.

i would love to see that added into ESO. ES legends card game you can play while inside ESO challenge NPC or other players.!
