Ferocious leap bug

I have been encountering this bug way to much that I thought I would post on it.
I have the Ferocious leap morph and I am finding my self getting stuck in the animation. Basically I hit the ultimate and the wings come out and my charter looks like he is going to jump, but instead he get stuck. My character gets stuck in the animation for what feels like forever (maybe 30-60sec). During this time I can move around, but I cannot use any other skills or attack. I have found that I can use potions however. Also I receive damage while stuck in this animation and for some reason no matter how far I move away I still get hit as if I was still sitting in one spot.
The bug seems to be random and I have not notice any thing specific about what is causing it. If you have had the same bug please share what you think might be causing it or what happens when causing it.
While on the subject of bugs is there a place to summit a bug? I know on PC there is a in game feature for bugs. I don't really feel that this warrants a ticket as I don't need a response for ZOS, I just want to give info.

driazenSoul ShrivenSame thing happens to me on my nightblade with Teleport Strike and its morphs. I think I've narrowed it down to pathing and loss of LOS. If the mob does an ability that changes their LOS to me or a rock even a small one is in the way or anything that breaks the animation as its executing this happens. It also happens if you are on the fringes of range and you start the attack in range and say the mob takes one step in the opposite direction as you are performing the action. Same issue of 30-60 seconds of no abilities. Tho I have heard that you can at least dodge roll as long as you have stamina.
I've seen it once with pounce on my werewolf as well but not nearly as much as on my nightblade.0
