Why not? Would just be another option at the respec shrine.

    I would also like:
    - Respec Class.
    - Respec Weapon skills
    - Respec World
    - Respec Crafting
    - Respec Alliance war
    - Respec Armor.
    Mending-The-Wounded, Aldmeri Dominion, Templar.

We should just have the option to pick and choose which skills we want back (a la carte style). That way we don't have to be having all of these different skill respec options. On that note, make a total respec option that gives a % discount on gold spent compared to just respeccing one skill. Make a single skill maybe 200-300 gold while a total respec costs 100 gold per skill.

    There, problem solved!

Since I tend to take pretty much all passives I am not sure I would ever respec just those.

In fact, I would like a Respec option that just lets us respec our Active Skills. But, that being said, if your going from say 1H/S to 2H or DW, then you would want to respec the passives you spent in 1H/S

So, what we have is pretty good really.

Or, we could just respec one skill line, both passives and actives and leave the rest alone. That might be worthwhile.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

there is a meaning in respect only the passives:

CRAFTING: if you want to change your craftman alt, then you are going to get back around 120 or more skill points, and you don't have to come across the tedius of the rebuilt and all those morphs.

BUILDS: on my alt i like to have all skills levelled, and if i want to change build, i just need to reset the passives and put them where are required.

TOOLTIP: after respec, the tooltip do not give any information about the level and the morph you choose before. this make difficult to recreate your character, especially if you don't play that alt for months.
