Looking for GROUPING guild.... Not a mega trading guild ... Played MMO's for 17 yrs looking for home

A little about me.... I'm 43 married male with 4 kids and own my own business. My hobbies are MMO's or RPG's, golf, fishing competitively in tournaments, hunting, camping, and watching movies. I started MMOing in ultimate online then went to EQ when it released and have been hooked on the genre ever since. I'm cool and calm headed and an asset to any guild. My last game SWTOR has a very large active guild unfortunately exactly zero decided to play ESO so I'm looking for a home in ESO.
PLEASE no drive by invites on the thread ... At least tell me your guild name and a little about guild and why you think I would fit in with guild.
I am looking for an active grouping guild that in a perfect world albeit it may not exist has the following:
1.) At least 20 players that are are active at least 3-4 days a week
2.) group often for all levels of content including lower level alts so not just hard core raiding posse as this game finally is one that offers so much more than that
3.) does enjoy PvP but it's not the be all end of of the guild.
4.) I don't know what it is but if any grouping guild has found a voice chat system that does not include using what the game offers I.E. Team speak or any other software program you would move to the front of my list but not a deal breaker by any means
5.) has members not there to just power level every character to level 50 and likes to stop and smell the roses
6.) as far as makeup of the guild personalities I'm very flexible as long as the play sessions are fun so anything from strict in char to laid back crazy is fine
7.) likes to play all three alliances on alts
Voice chat while grouping is non negotiable as it's to hard to play in a group that cannot communicate.

The Kush Covenant is a Guild of over 300 ACTIVE members based in the Ebonhart Pact and growing fast. Our members are at a variety of different levels, including multiple members at veteran rank. We have a variety of different focuses, including PvP and dungeons. Right now one of my main focuses as guild master is to secure a guild trader every week, for our guild members to be able to make some coin. I'm also focused on building our guild up and recruiting until we hit 500 members. We are a laid back community and willing to help out with whatever we can.
